Almost all people of Kashmir want to separate from India. I'm not sure about Shia muslims who are a small minority and Kashmiri Hindus who left Kashmir in 90s are vehemently against separation.
There are some, especially the religious separatist groups that favour joining Pakistan. Others favor independence. At this point, everyone is focussed on beating back the Indians so the future after India leaves isn't really debated.
