Give it a month or two. It's quite easy to hold in a bear market. Everything is going down so it's fine. But sometime soon things are going to turn around in the market and everything else is going to be in the green but JNT won't because it's still just on Bibox,Gate and KuCoin if Bibox and Kucoin are even still running.
