Idea sounds good, there was one based on London already but yes I'm up for proper 3D British GTA

If they did a modern 3D GTA set in the UK, Glasgow or Liverpool would be the best choice. But the sectarianism might be a bit much even if it's just a game.

It was really annoying when every game outlet was talking about Mass Effect Andromeda's sales, with the narrative of it being a terrible seller or an unexpectedly good seller varying depending on the day, but with no hard figures ever produced in any case. The closest we get is when companies announce themselves how many copies are sold, like when CDPR announced that Witcher 3 sold 10 million copies and brought them revenue of 1 billion zloty ($292 million USD). But these are of limited value and only ever occur when the company wants to hype things up.

There is VG Chartz, but not only do they not include digital, they've been accused of convincingly basically entire fabricating their data, so they're useless. I found another website called SuperData that has really accurate digital sales info, but you have to pay for it because it's a market research company that makes its profits that way.

It's annoying. Just announce your goddamn sales. TV shows announce their ratings and films announce their grosses.
