Pros:
Betting on QASH is betting on Japanese regulation/interest in crypto. Which isn't a bad bet. The team is beyond stacked, the backers are beyond stacked, and the possible solution (worldbook) could be a total gamechanger for institutional investors.
Would be a top 10 coin if they pull this off. If they actually pull this shit off, we're looking at a 50x+. It'd be like getting into BNB early.
Cons:
Their current product is shit. They're promising the world with their new exchange, but their current exchange is absolute shit. Not a good sign.

They released a beta which cleans up the UI a bit, looking closer to binance. Still some work to do though. Apparently KYC checks are going to be automated soon as well so that should speed that process up too.
