How do you guys view my country, England?

How do you guys view my country, England?
I'm not sure if people think of us as a Germanic country or if they view us as more similar to France. We don't really slide into a specific group (eg celtic, germanic, latin, north germanic, slavic etc) like a lot of other countries do which why I'm not sure.

I really really like it and respect its history and the massive impact it has had on the world. That being said, why does it feel like you guys are trying to make it worse? Like, constantly?

While there are certainly problems, a lot things are massively overstated by agenda-driven foreigners, particularly Americans.

because we have a lot of british born ethnics now who do not care about our cultural heritage but consider themselves british all the same and this is not going to go away. Native british people are deeply afraid of being thought of as racist and will never speak up or do anything when ethnics are moving en masse into a town, or when a mosque is being built in a highly inappropriate place etc etc
We know these things are going to end up irreversably changing our country but we would rather that happen than have to deal with the stress of being labelled a bigot. Also anyone who cares about these sort of things is immediately dismissed as a loser who needs to get outside more.
