There are two scenarios:

Good question. Europe will never "become Islamic" but certain aspects of secular Islamic culture are going to have a lasting mark on countries like France and Sweden.

Expect increasing numbers of minorities to secularize and assimilate, but very slowly. The percent of Muslims marrying non Muslims is going to increase every year, which means a lot of non Muslim Europeans in 50 years are going to have 1 or 2 Muslim grandparents.

Some traits like red hair and blue eyes may honestly become slightly less common, but white genocide isn't going to happen. The birth rare differential is incredibly exaggerated (European Muslims have 0.6 more children than Christians and this is shrinking) and I'm sure that most of the current wave of migrants are not going to have children, at least in Europe.

Muslims have a higher retention rate than Christians and higher fertility rates, it's obvious they'll make up a higher percentage in the younger age groups.

My aunt is a French Muslim, whose parents came from Algeria in the 50s. She grew up among mostly non Muslims, so she drinks alcohol and celebrates Christian holidays with her husband and kids.

I have a feeling Muslims like this will slowly become the norm. French culture is not willing to accommodate every aspect of their culture.

Why does every other source say muslims in Western Europe are getting less and less children, since 2nd and 3rd generation muslims are getting wealthier and more career focused, thus get less children? First gen immigrants have a higher birthrate but for most of Western Europe this group is simply too small to have such an impact on total muslim birthrate

As for future projections, it's literally impossible to guess. There are too many factors. Geopolitical instability, normalisation and rise of anti-muslim sentiments, muslim enlightenment, economic factors, etc.
In our case, I personally think we'll see a big outflux of Turks and Moroccans at some point. They still struggle with having an identity even after being here for 40 years, and both Turkey and Morocco will become a more attractive destination. For Turks this is already happening, although not in huge numbers (a few thousand negative net migration). Whether this will actually lower our total muslim population is another question, this depends if we get more of these migrant waves or not.

Where did I say I hate statistics? I simply state PEW's numbers contradict with e.g. our own statistics bureau and national surveys. Clearest example is PEW estimating our current muslim percentage at like 7.1%, while they guessed 6% a year before, and our own statistics bureau guessing 5% (from actual surveys, not just assuming everyone from a muslim country is a muslim).

What I'm saying is that one metric, from one study, is not particularly meaningful in and of itself; statistically speaking, that is.
