Secularism works better in a state with a religiously diverse population. Algeria is almost completely Muslim and for cases like inheritance, divorce, marriage, we prefer to be ruled under islam

No I ignored the "corrupt" part because Turkey's government doesn't have a problem with their corruption, erdogan is pretty much dictator right now and they all accept it. And a big problem with mena is the lack of secularism. There's islamic state running around, people being killed, monuments being defaced in Syria and Christians being persecuted everywhere all in the name of religiosity and you want to solidify that in the name of traditionalism and anti-secularism? Do you even know what secularism is? Nobody is going to stop you or force you to abstain from islam, but the point of having a secular government is so that it can make decisions outside of retarded religious boundaries and so that other religions/ideologies won't be persecuted due to Sharia law.

no. many MENA countries tried secularism, it doesn't work here, we are too attached to religion, arab cities in the 70s and 80s were full of women dressed in western clothing while in 2018 most arab women wear hijab. Even in turkey it is showing signs of failing, you see women wearing burqas in turkey now.

but i guess you mean foreigners, they're treated fine desu. the black students tend to stay in their own circles and hang out together but it's not rare to see algerian and subsaharan students together.
as for the refugees some people get annoyed by them esp in transportation (too many beggars, they raid the trains(dont even pay) , loud)

Frankly, Ireland doesn't have a big Algerian community and we've never had any big events with muslims other than some non-integrated ones. But it is pretty stupid that we've been informed of extremists wreaking havoc in Europe and people like you just shun it off pretending it's not a problem. I'd like to visit Algeria one day, but I also like a bit of neutral hospitality.
