makes sense, i spend all day every day with knees bent- muscle never gets natural stretch
start doing hamstring stretches every morning and night 3 days ago ~85% improvement already quality of life up fuck wife moar harder booze back on something good actually happened

I used to have bad lower back pain. Got a new chair and started exercising, cardio, and stretching. Pain is pretty much gone except when I really exert my lowerback, but it feels better by the next day.
Videos #1, #2, #4 and #5 are particularly good for beginners, but it is in portuguese and the instructions are very useful for beginners I think. It's important to keep your breath calm, if you are breathing out of rhytm take a break. Don't push too much, yoga is done hovering around the limit of what you can do right now without pushing too far.
Weed is great for paying attention at form while exercising.
