Backpain

I'm what i would guess is your average bizfag
pasty introverted spend way too much time in front of a computer
my lower back started hurting a couple of years ago
had to sit in a bunch of different positions in my chair to deal with it, constantly squirming
wake up stiff/feel pain
way too young for this shit
read up on it, tried a bunch of shit
even gave up booze for a while to try and fix it
some back stretches help a bit
finally i get frustrated, try stretching every damn muscle in my body
turns out my hamstrings are SUPER tight compared to all the other muscles

makes sense, i spend all day every day with knees bent- muscle never gets natural stretch

start doing hamstring stretches every morning and night 3 days ago
~85% improvement already
quality of life up
fuck wife moar harder
booze back on
something good actually happened

share with anonymous board full of degenerates

cos i am one

now is the part where you share the hamstring stretches you do

yeah what's that routine looking like

See a reputable chiropractor and a massage therapist that focuses on sports injuries

t. Former sufferer of back pain

so far just the one where you sit on the ground and reach for your foot

shitty description; pic related

nowhere near able to touch my foot right now, only mid calf

Nice blog post. I do yoga myself with youtube videos, did RPG physiotherapy with a professional for a few months years ago. Haven't had any pain in years, I was the same as you, now I'm way more flexible than even normies that barely use a computer.

Who /kratom/ here?

can you recommend any videos/channels?

thanks user

cool OP. LSD, Cannabis, and music at the same time helped my awareness of posture. I started from the bottom and noticed my ankle rolled in and valgus knees.

No you dumbass, your hamstrings and glutes are weak and stretched from sitting on your ass all the time. Your hipflexors are tight, they are the muscles that are short when you sit.

tl;dr stretch hipflexors train glutes

DONT EVER GO TO A CHIRO EVER

go to a physiotherapist and start resistance training and stretching at home

i don't understand the /kratom/ kraze, unless you're an addict in recovery.

Interesting

were you full on tripping/visuals or just low dose

>DONT EVER GO TO A CHIRO EVER

wrong
it can be very beneficial

Foam rolling will help you immensely as well but the man who said weak glutes, hams and abs and tight hip flexors is right

Get a Teeter and use it every single day. I like to watch charts on my phone while upside down.

it's all placebo effect then

also if any other user is suffering from back pain because you sit on your ass all day posting pink wojacks, watch this video and get used to do this routine every morning.

Big chance it will help immensely

maybe you have a beginning of ankylosing spondylitis, this is a genetic degenerative illness very painful who often appear around 26-27yo. I have it and my life is shit since then.

Im sorry to hear that user

How did it start/how did you find out you had it?

I had lower back pains at some point, it stopped the moment i got myself a proper good chair and my monitor at proper height according to my head's position while sitting

this video does hamstrings and hip flexors and all that shit highly recommend desu youtube.com/watch?v=4BOTvaRaDjI

research herniated discs. go into work, fall and/or strain your back. get workers comp temporary disability. get physical therapy/acupuncture/chiro/massage for free. string it out and get an mri. profit from mri false positives. start squatting and deadlifting. gamble your disability checks into crypto. buy link.

This nigger right here tho

Do you deadlift?

Do you deadlift?

go to swimming lessons, then swim every day for 30min.

I used to have bad lower back pain. Got a new chair and started exercising, cardio, and stretching. Pain is pretty much gone except when I really exert my lowerback, but it feels better by the next day.

Deal with it now or it will get worse

Do all three of these and user will no longer experience back pain. It comes with many added benefits to your health.

If you don't work a difficult manual job and you are bitching about back pain you are a fag that needs to stand before the firing squad

Everyone I know is always crowing
>wah wah my back

meanwhile the people I work with that are lifting shit all day never bitch

I like this playlist: youtube.com/watch?v=g81VPctz6MA&index=1&list=PLsTqUcSUZLJEgRSCkp_0pdOiCCyHkXeHD

Videos #1, #2, #4 and #5 are particularly good for beginners, but it is in portuguese and the instructions are very useful for beginners I think.
It's important to keep your breath calm, if you are breathing out of rhytm take a break. Don't push too much, yoga is done hovering around the limit of what you can do right now without pushing too far.

Weed is great for paying attention at form while exercising.
