i agree with his assertion that, now that he has money in it, he will not break it. however i stand by my statement that his methods and timeframe may, not only be entirely different from the average Jow Forumsraelis goal of golden bullrun, but may in fact be entirely opposite that in the short term. like i said, 5900 may have been his first entry, but big guys like this have so much money they HAVE to buy in a bunch of lots. i have no doubt ol granpappy soros will get himself a good avg price before this continues on in a serious way. and this extends to any other big names that are just getting in now

the thing i worry about is, if fiat collapses in the immediate term, we are still in a situation where transactions of crypto would have a number of problems. from the actual exchange of currency for a good, to the fact that without electricity, the entire currency is rendered more or less useless. not to mention the massive liquidity issues that would come as a result of everyone having to pull out of crypto to cover their real world debts/day to day living expenses etc. if we manage to find an effective way of using it when the lights go out, you will absolutely be correct. but other than that, it seems that it is more likely (to me) that soros intention here is to crash it with his buddies so they can escape with all that accumulated NEET wealth.
