> muh bbq
literal non-cuisine
muh bbq
>dude just cook meat lmao
ancient turk tier
technically, that's just how you take a meal.
huh
That's not BBQ, that's grilling
That's a barbecue here, what is it in the US?
Give wife Guzde Mutluer right fucking now
Barbecue is smoking tough, kind of flavorless meat over a long period of time. The incomplete combustion products in the smoke react with the proteins and forms flavorful compounds and the broken down fibers give the meat a soft and gooey texture.
I have had BBQ for the first time. I now finally understand what Americans are talking about.
>they think this is barbeque
*smoking
every country has a bbq, sorry youre from the netherlands lol
Never had that, barbecue here is just what OP posted
We have BBQ too but it means grilling stuff on fire, not the American way
y'all just envy of americas FREEDOM to have BBQ whenever and wherever they want....
BBQ here is about how long it's smoked, what it's rubbed with, the sauces etc. It's a lot different than just grilling something it can be like a 10 hour process in some restaurants
Retard OP doesn't understand that words can have different meanings
You're from fucking Panama mate
we call that apparatus a barbecue and you'd use one if you were holding a barbecue and OP's image are the kinds of foods you'd serve at a barbecue but it's not "barbecue food."
i never said tht pic was american
lol
That explains 'BBQ sauce' which I never understood what exactly it was.
I think you'll find though that all anglo countries bar the US and Canada have OP's pic as barbecuing though.
Some here might still call it barbecuing, although it would be rare, but nobody would call that food barbecue.
Yes I agree OP, my wife's son and me just talked about how consuming meat is an archaic practice
