It's a gossip site about people who sometimes go completely apeshit and try to shut it down. I've met with the FBI more than once and hospitals in my area have had bomb threats called in my name because people try to spook me into closing it down.
The most effective tactic, ironically, is just finding out where it's hosted by complaining to Cloudflare, then just emailing the host saying "take this site down or I'll find your entire extended family and smear them as pedophiles on my blog until you do". Then they do.
