>Living a year in Russia vs Living a year in Poland
What would you choose?
if i could choose the location then russia
if not then poland
Poland.
Poland is kinda boring but at least it's closer to Germany
The logical choice is Poland.
But fuck that. I want to go hitchhiking and camping in Russia. If that doesn't work, I'd go trainhopping, and I'd still camp.
youtube.com
Poland vs Germany featuring Korean beauties.
Poland by far
I'd sooner live in an American prison than in a Russian city
Well it's easy
Dumb diaspora
Death
whatever you say bong
the bullet
i would kill myself
living in one of these countries is hell on earth
Poland is very western nowadays. We have cool suburbs.
Forgot to drop the proxy mate?
cringe
>literally someone squatting
>very western
I can't wait for you to explain what you mean by this.
Poland because I'm a faggot and Polish boys are super hot, even though they are assholes, but my inner-saboteur loves them anyway.
This would be the thread where i would post that memri pic about shooting myself at the airport, if I were home
don't care if Poland became the richest country in the world, you'll NEVER be western you slavic subhuman
this looks very western
I mean that Poles live in the same kind of suburbs westerners do.
The only difference between us and westerners is that we're more religious, conservative and we can afford less iPhones per year. But other than that, life in Poland looks the same like anywhere in the west.
Poland you know what you're getting. Pretty similar all over the country.
In russia you could be in st. Petersburg, or chechnya. Crimea, or arctic circle. Big gambles.
This is a totally average suburb in an average town in Poland:
You can wander around, you can see it looks like in the west.
Poland is magnitude better than Russia. Higher wages, HDI, GDP per capita, life expectancy, infrastructure, climate, cleanliness etc. But since Russia is so big and influential, other nations think that all other Slavs are just little Russians and therefore all their countries look like Russia. Sad.
>cherrypicked examples
lmao too bad 90% of this country looks like shit
Russia, cheaper cost of living, plus I speak a little russian.
>cheaper cost of living,
Only in total shitholes. All livable cities in Russia are expensive as hell.
Bullshit, that's average middle class suburbs
>All livable cities in Russia are expensive as hell.
Polish suburbs and towns are richer than Russians
Russian capitals are much richer than Polish and WAY more entertaining
Depends on what you want
> plus I speak a little russian.
I need Proof. Who need this mordor dialect
and for what?
>Poland is very western nowadays.
hahahahhahahahahaahhahahahaha faggot
>Russian capitals are much richer than Polish
Yeah, because Poland is not a kleptocracy.
I have dark skin
I would rather die than go to either one of those countries desu.
That makes zero sense
Depends in Russia. Will I be in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Vladivostok, some place in the Caucasus or some random shithole in Siberia?
Is this a serious question?
I am living in Russia 18 years though.
I want to say what this is HELL
Living a year in Russia, because Poles are catholic and hate French people.
Poland
Get out of hell, you are young, you can do it. I am over 30 now there is very little chance I can escape the hell.
what went wrong?
Poland
Poland because I am gay and don't want to go to prison.
Also Russia is a shithole.
>burger price is everything
Russia any say
Poland is way more conservative than Russia, though.
I lived 30 years in Russia. Can I have couple of years in sk?
Russia
I do not complain about my living conditions here, actually they are better than in most places in Russia, but I seek a temporary change, survive an adventure - see places I'd never see back home, meet new friends abroad, generally, I have a thing for exotics.
Russia
No.
The Polish are /ourguys/
Poland, without a shadow of a doubt
Poland is actually more gay friendly than Russia, even though you're much more religious
Russia definitely
Russia
Hard choice. Both seem really comfortable, Russia seems slightly more exciting but Poland would be pretty nice aswell.
Not at all. You could be beaten up for being gay here as well.
Most of you are homophobes but not as much as Russian
By the way there isn't much of a correlation between homophobia and religiosity in Europe
must be flawed
a catholic can't like homos
Russia, poles hate southern euros
bullshit
wtf we LOVE southern Euros. Especially our gurls.
nice try, but I don't want to be murdered by a horde of angry hussars
Russia because there is a whole lot of country to see. Perfect /out/ country.
Is there a neither option?
Nah, they can be taimed if you drink some wódka with them,
My uncle is a gay catholic. He married a polish Gay catholic. Not even joking. They weren't married in the church obviously but still.
I already speak Polish and can't find a job here.
Only dumb bydlos, who mistake Latino and Med people for Muslims and they're not that common as western media are trying to spook you.
What the fuck are you talking about?
Polen because of the alphabet but Russia is more interesting
What kind of question is that, really? Who would choose Russia over a somewhat decent Euro country?
Poland. I like their food more than russia's and it'd be nice to learn Polish so I can understand what my neighbours are saying.
we can't use latin, but Belarusian language can do it
this is how it looks
youtube.com
but they're using phonetical orthography, our is a different
well you would only have to stay for a year, not for a lifetime. so i think russia would be more interesting to see since it's huge and diverse. if i had to choose a place to live in for the rest of my life then i would pick poland since they have a higher standard of living
we can't because we have more soft consonants in the end of the words
we can use latin only using a non-standart dialect
also earlier I was a fan of romanization, but now I understand that cyrillic is an eastern european thing
but five languages (3 of them are official) in Russia already use latin as the only one official alphabet
it's Finnish, Vepsian, Karelian, Ingrian and Votic languages
Seems pretty safe to me compared to Russia. Although yeah, I'm not expecting it to be San Francisco.
Poland
Pooland
>half the population of bolan visits the church once a week
I've heard Russians love Poles
So Russia, as I'd meet lots of lovely people
w*rsaw BTFO once again
>bong
>calling someone subhuman
Go fix yur teeth mate, the pint from the pub is oozing through cracks.
Your point?
youtube.com
My grandfather was a party member and a die hard communist yet he attended every sunday's mass till his death. Polish and Russian societies when it comes to religion are vastly different especially considering that both were fed the same anti-cleric values for decades.
I wouldn't say we love you (most people wouldn't even be able to show Poland on the map, probably) but we certainly don't have any negative feelings towards you - that's for sure
The price of beef in India is ridiculous once you consider the religious significance of cows there.
Russia of course.
I already know perfectly well that Poland is an irredeemable shithole, but I can't be absolutely 100% sure the same is true for Russia unless I try living there.
Bump for more beautiful Polish architecture
Everyone answering russia ITT is an idiot
Poland.
...
this pic is bullshit, actually yeah, gays "can" serve in our military and people "can" change their gender...because no one asks for it, so this "issue" does not exist in Poland at all, that's why it's legal - it was simply never criminalized, because no one ever came up with such an idea of changing a gender or boast about being gay while joining the military.
It's like saying that medieval England was very progressive, because changing the legal gender was not explicitly banned in any law, therefore it was legal.
btw, it's really funny how "unregistered cohabitation of same sex relationships" is considered a gay-friendly regulation. What the fuck is this, you should be happy because the state "allows" you to live with another person of the same sex even though it does not recognize your relationship? So what did we have before 2012 then, the police could have come to your house to check if there are 2 people of the same sex and arrest them? I can't get what changed that year.
