This thread is for the discussion of the language, culture, travel, daily life, etc. of Japan. Let's tark at randam in Japanese and English. Take it easy!
Because in Japan it is thought that marriage is system for people who bring up children. (In Japan, it is not necessary for people who can't give birth to get married)
I'm not sure if he's popular outside of Asia even now. I only became interested when my brother showed me this song youtube.com/watch?v=MWS59k_rG8Y >only 16K views even though it's a great song
>I'm not sure if he's popular outside of Asia even now. Umm...indeed >only 16K views even though it's a great song If many people who feel the same as you, he might become popular in the near future.

the obstacle of Japanese music gaining traction in the West is that it's not accessible to gaijin. I can remember a name like Eikichi Yazawa but I can't remember let alone reproduce a name like 矢沢永吉, and most of his songs are only in moon runes on youtube. I had to save 矢沢永吉 to a txt file just so I can search it on youtube again. Meanwhile all my friends enjoy the music of Japanese artists with names like Church of Misery, Boris, Chu Ishikawa, SunnO))).
You don't have to take my word for it, of course. For example, Maria Takeuchi's Plastic Love became an instant youtube hit because it had both japanese and latin spellings in the title

I don't know But the Japanese government wants married Japanese women to give birth to increase the number of children
It seems that many Japanese don't write both Japanese and English. There are many Japanese who don't speak English at all and there are many people who are hesitant to write in English. (They can't answer when they are asked in English) I hope the number of Japanese who write English subtitling increase.

Beautiful castle desu >Germany has its upsides and downsides. Did your ancestor live in the castle? ( ´艸`)
>Do you support gay marriage? Yes, I do >And isn't Hentai the reason birth rate is solo? You may be right But freedom of expression can't be prohibited, because it is written in the Japanese constitution
>And isn't Hentai the reason birth rate is solo? Isn't it rather because of low income (inability to find good paying long term employment where the employee isn't a slave), social change and with that a rise in escapism?
>Did your ancestor live in the castle? ( ´艸`) Sadly no
A better way to arrange these sentences might be: "Germans and Canadians were tastier than Japanese people, i recommend them" though even then the sentence is a bit awkward and "Are Japanese people tasty" would be pretty good. For these: "Do Americans taste good?" "Americans have a lot of fat" the sentences themselves are fine now though the conversation is very awkward.

I think it's the one of the reasons. Since 2012, the birthrate in Japan has continued to rise for the economy recovered. But if the Japanese have enough money and leisure, there are many Japanese who don't want to marry, the Japanese birthrate will not increase very much Average Japanese women don't like Hentai men.
For me, gay marriage isn't the most important Economy and security of Japan are my most important for me So I support him desu

>But if the Japanese have enough money and leisure, there are many Japanese who don't want to marry, the Japanese birthrate will not increase very much That's very sad news. I wonder why this is the case.

That literally is the exact opposite of my country, Kai.
However, the Japanese pay level is still very low. Some Germans wished to live and work permanently in Japan, but they give up it for Japanese low salary. Japanese salary is much lower than other developed countries. So I think that the Japanese birthrate can be more improved from this.
Japan really can't afford In recent years, the economy of Japan has improved, but it's still not good compared to other developed countries Moreover, there are powerful enemies next to us

Yea I think so too. In addition to that the life expectancy costs in some regions are pretty high too.
In Japan, baby boomers became elderly desu... (´-_-` ) (In Germany, baby boomers aren't elderly yet, are they?) It was said that Japan may not be able to overcome this, but now, Japanese are trying hard and trying to get over it desu. >Japanese-Anons have dick for breakfast... Will German user have big dick for breakfast too? ( ´艸`)))

Most Japanese don't hate China, we are scared of China. Every day, China violates airspace and territorial waters of Japan. Moreover, in the Spratly Islands, a Chinese base was created. Despite the opposition from the countries of Southeast Asia.
>(In Germany, baby boomers aren't elderly yet, are they?) user "baby boomers" is a generation. You have to be born in that generation to be part of it. Which means that everyone (world wide) from that generation is now around the same age (+- 10 to 15 years)...you silly But I understand what you mean. You might not believe it, but Germany faces the exact same problem. Until the year 2000 Germany had a lower birthrate than Japan. Currently its at 1.50 (Japan is at 1.46).
>It was said that Japan may not be able to overcome this, but now, Japanese are trying hard and trying to get over it desu. Everything is going to turn out fine!
