The big cities are not nice unless you have a lot of money. There is high crime and poverty in them. But smaller cities are very comfy (although very boring too)
Climate is not that good though. It's really hot in the northern half of the country. Unless you move to some place in the mountains. I'd recommend you moving to San Luis, it's irrelevant, quiet, has a good economy, nice weather, landscapes and it's not as far away or as expensive as the Patagonia
