After giving up on boring Tinder roasties, I started messing r9k fembots. It was much easier talking to them, but they end up ghosting me each time.
I'm getting tired of this whole game.

I already gave up on learning russian and working out too.
I can't even go to my plan B of buying a Russian escort anymore since backpage shutdown.

I think this year will be another failure. I'm probably going to go back to my russian camgirl but pretend to be someone else so we can build our relationship again.

Have you played the bioshocks? I really liked 1 and I also liked 2, I haven't played infinite though.

Sleep is good. Good to hear it's getting somewhat better.
I've played when bioshock was new. It scared the crap out of me with a jumpscare. Never touched it again. I hear it is good, but I gave my xbox to my little brother and don't have any copy in my steam library so I haven't really played it anymore.

I tried doing both SL/SS for like a month and had like zero gains plus I was constantly tired and sore.
I was told I needed more protein but I've got stomach problems so I can't eat a lot and protein shakes are gross and give me too much gas.

Thats weird did you start with just the bar and do 5 pound increments? Do you get enough rest (sleep and days of)? also eat alot.
I'm completely dyel now but during my freshman year I went to the gym consistently and ate a lot and ended up gaining a very noticeable 30 pounds of mostly muscle despite being naturally scrawny. If you just do those 3 things (increasing weight on compound lifts, food, and rest) consistently you will make gains.

You wont get visible muscles after a month but stick with it and in 4 5 months you will have noticeable gains.

Yes I was doing 5lb increments
After I got to like 95lbs squat I couldn't do any more
With bench press it was even less like 75lbs before I peaked

Like I said, I think my problem is I can't eat enough to get gains. I have GERD so I get reflux and feel like shit when I eat a lot.

You can deload a bit then start again. I did that a lot, especially with bench ohp (which I never actually got to good numbers with).
I don't have that problem so the only thing I could recommend is is slowly forcing yourself to eat more but I am not knowledgeable in that area
