The absolute state

What is nice about balkan music and by extension eastern european one is that you get the impression that most of it is authenthic, in that it is not only actually old, not made by some single poets out of romantic reasons and a wish to copy and pay hommage to what they heard on the countryside, but also played in a very continous way retaining its original character with only a few music instruments/some trashy beat maybe being added by modernity.
Here its rather hard to find such stuff that isnt church chorals or children songs. What did not get swallowed by the industrialisation got either picked up and overshadowed by romanticists who churned out "folk songs" 200 years ago (which would still be considered traditional by now I guess.) or got propagandised by the NS regime later on that took over music completely putting its own style on it, which led to a counterreaction of playing it over the top gay and cheerfully with some synthetisizers and much made up shit after the war.
If you would consider turbofolk a "revolution" in balkan musics imagine what would be left of it if you stacked 2-4 of such changes in a short time and politisize the fuck out of them.

The song maybe a bit modern but the lyrics are ancient spell for making good swords and fighting axes.

eng lyrics of the lines?

It's an old spell about forging weapons against the enemy.

Sounds like it could be the soundtrack for a spaghetti western
