It's Estonians hate Russians. That's because of many Russians who stayed in Estonia after URSS fall are could not adapt to a new life. Those who can already learned the Estonian language and adapted to society or moved for Russia/EU.
The Russian population becomes a problem for Estonians. The situation is exacerbated by the fact that the border areas with the Baltic in Russia are literally shitholes.
Russians dislike Estonians because they consider them ungrateful. Russia built for them power plants, roads, all infrastructure, raised health care and education, preserved culture and language. And now Soviet flags are banned there and Soviet soldiers are considered invaders.

The Baltic lands have always been a "bargaining chip" between the Germans and the Russians. In the old days during the German rule the Baltic peoples had nothing, no education, no rights. The Russian Empire allowed them to become full-fledged people. Now many Baltic people present themselves as descendants of the Teutons, but it's just ridiculous.
Today the Baltic is under European management, but times are changing rapidly. Needless to say, 30 years ago those who are now in power were active communist pioneers. but now they are fighters for democracy.

Most if not all Russians I know personally think about estonians like about mentally challenged kids.
Estonians are obsessed with their extremely huge self esteem, they worship nazies, their knowledge of history is a joke.
Estonians are constantly butthurt and blame russians for every mishap. It's funny.
Anyways Estonia is very small (there are like 900k of estonians in the country), no one cares what they do.

To develop trade. It's funny that Russia now has practically no diplomatic and economic ties with its former republics. Trade with Finland is 50-100 times more, as it seems to me.The Baltic countries should not be afraid of the Russian language. They there prohibit it at all levels. Estonians can try to integrate the local Russians into the system, giving them citizenships and building new schools and institutions, and not destroy what has been acquired over decades.

And not only that, while living in estonia russians refuse to learn the language, culture or adapt into a society and dream about putin invading estonia and conquering it. But at the same time, they refuse to go back to russia, because as fun as it is to walk around thinking high of themselves, it is better to live in EU than in shitty Ryazan or whatever
