You're wrong :D Serbian can officially be written in both Latin and Cyrillic, we use and are taught both scripts since elementary school
Pretty much in handwriting Cyrillic dominates, most people write cursive cyrillic, on PCs/Mobiles latin
It leads to hilarious situations like some signs being half in Cyrillic, half in Latin
