If you viewed the account in stellar.expert link it was visible that they actually sent it out to anyone requesting the swap, otherwise I wouldn't have trusted them.
I really can't find that address on their Twitter though so maybe it would be unsafe to send something now, try to contact them ...

Make sure you have the new asset's Trustline setup in stellarterm.

Then send your XTCC to their public address. They have a bot setup to send back the exact amount to your stellarterm wallet.

Start with a small test amount to be sure you get it back
