Pretty much. the midwest and south are total garbage. East coast can be pretty classy. Princeton, Harvard, NYC, DC, Boston, Miami, etc. West coast is alright sometimes. Anything in the center except maybe Colorado and Chicago is total shit. Texas should be nuked, midwest double nuked.
