It was nice knowing you all

Though nice is a strong word, more like it was intermittently less than disagreeable at times, but overall disdainful.

Back to the abyss with ye all.

We all know it's not gonna happen

I read yesterday, in BBC I believe, that Cyprus UK air-base was at risk. But Russia can't be stupid enough to actually attack something that would be enough to trigger both EU and NATO treaties? Are they?

Not that I wish they didn't I want to smack down the Ruskies.

But at worse they might launch an offensive against Turkey in Northern Syria

That's what many people said before WW2

>yellow-press-american-in-Thailand strikes again
go back there

how old is this? I thought the "new" sanctions were done months back.

Germany and Japan had the economy, military and resources available to launch major offensives.

Russia does not.

They said they'd fire on any launch platform that fired on Damascus.

Guess what, they bitched out then and they'll bitch out this time as well.

LOL Germany didn't have any economy and Japanese military was a joke.

Russia has ICBMs and China has both economic might and nukes.
