Dios mio...
You are like a little baby. Hold my beer and watch this
This happened because of a dam that broke designed by Mulholland. The dam broke and neighbouring cities didn't want to take water from Los Angeles (the only way they could get water was by joining LA)
For Canada it goes to Point Roberts. It's not technically Canada but anyone in Point Roberts has to go into Canada to get to Mainland USA. It's pretty nice. My family would go to the Canadian side in Tsawwassen and the beaches are nice (sand bars).
whats this place's name
So this is the power of gerrymandering... not bad.
The India-Bangladesh border has some good examples. It's gradually being simplified with land exchanges, though.
there's also the northwest angle in ontario/minnesota
fucking yanks
Alvin, TX
Everything you replied to are actual municipal boundaries, not congressional districts.
>1024x1024
yeah but no one lives there.
Can I get a quick rundown of the absolute state of Alvin, Texas.
>Lake of the Woods
>The Angle
These sound like fantasy locations.
>maryland
I can't beat that one
Northernmost county in the United States, and don't you ever forget it. :^)
The beauty of its sublime ugliness is that it mixes the simple, and arbitrary, and autistic (the straight lines cutting across all physical geography) together with natural boundaries (the river and bay). It's an abomination which resulted from both conceits stepping into the telepod together, mixing the worst of both worlds.
Even a Colorado or a Wyoming can be admired on some level for its uniform simplicity, or a European statelet for its natural borders and history, resulting in a reasonable blob. Not so Maryland, which horrifically combines both.
Oh my God you actually fell for it. Beautiful. I wasn't sure if a leaf would go for it.
Protip: There's no counties in Alaska.
The UK isn't terrible, but there are weird anomalies on the island of Ireland where if you want to drive from one town to another you cross six international borders
Fortunately at the moment there's no border control between the two, and the only way to tell you've crossed is that road markings and signs change. Most crossings don't even have a "Welcome to (country or county)"
>implying natives are people
try again pal
>As of the census of 2010, there were 119 people, 66 households, and 37 families residing in the Angle. There were 404 housing units. The racial makeup of the township was 99.2% White (118 out of 119). Native American or Alaska Native of any race were 0.8% of the population (that is, 1 person).
I think it works. It's supposed to be that the entire state surrounds the Chesapeake Bay because thats the centre.
>implying Americans are white
try again mutt
>be american
>not be white
