Why would you have consciousness after death? Your consciousness is your brain and it becomes non-functional a few minutes after your heart stops. Maybe you'll get some fun hallucinations while your brain runs out of oxygen, but that's it.

Time slows down for you at the moment you're dying. Minutes become days and days become weeks but in reality time is the same, it's just that the neurotransmitters and the other chemicals that regulate your sense of time no longer function correctly. On top of it, you start to experience hallucinations so maybe you will hallucinate a hell or a paradise while you're at it.
