Quite common, but depends where you come from. The southern provinces are way less blond than Holland, Friesland, Utrecht and Groningen.

Despite all the memes about us all being spics, niggers and Muslims there are actually quite a few blond Americans, particularly around the Great Lakes region where we had a lot of Scandinavian immigrants settle.

What is even considered "blonde"? Somebody "blonde" in Italy might not be considered blonde here.

Where I was from literally every female was blonde. But if you go elsewhere it changes. Especially in the south the majority has dark hair.
