Mortadela*
You can find this anywhere in any supermarket here. For the popular side I don't know, Cured ham are more popular like Bayonne ham
looks like luncheon meat
That's baloney!
*Mortadella
The sandwich of the brazilian working class
Nope.
We put real meat instead of pieces of fat in there.
It's literally poorfag food not in a meme way, it's the thing they put inside the bread in homeless shelters.
Here it is too
My terrone grandpa ate it every day
I think it's tasty but avoid eating processed meat
yes i love, yes im a poorfag
Based Mr. Tadela
Yes, but ours often has olives in it.
Here as well.

THIS.
Still good btw. Bread with lard and mortadella is good.
no offence, but leave the Wurst making to us, these look disgusting
To be fair, this is the poorest of the poor foods, and it's wet-cured, which isn't that common aside from ham.
Portuguese (and Spanish and Italian and French) charcuterie knocks any German equivalent out of the water.
It's assumed a very typical charcuterie.
But definitely not a staple food.
People eat more cooked/cured ham and cheese
Poorfag food from the old days is top tier though. Nowadays it's mostly processen food, but in the old days it was the best. Think about it. Stews, pizza, sausages
That's because "poorfag food" that lived through the generations was the only thing worth keeping.
Most meat-based dishes were reserved for festivities for most of the population, and the weeks that followed it (to use the meat of the killed animal). Everyday poorfag food was just cabbage soup and bones.
