Officially 50% of the Soviet Union was non-white. Modern Russia is officially 20% non-white, but it's obviously a little higher than that because many mixed Russians consider themselves ethnic Russian.

he was trumped as the go to guy for aggression where no one would dare etc
but in reality he was in command of the only motorized army the us had that's why they have him on the far left of france in brittany and had him do a major sweep around just in time to relieve the bulge
the difference with americans versus germany was that there was no field generals writing autobiographies of the war to accuse each other of bad judgement, there was one instance with market garden but the general ultimately laid blame on himself
just like rommel patton died in the war (soon after at least) so people make him out to be larger than life but really he just did his job
there are few incidences in which any american army general made any significant action that brought decisive result on any battle
the navy though had plenty of exceptional actions
