I'd say Romania. Has some of the fastest net in the world and $900 usd/month will be close to 1.5-2x the average salary. Also Romanian men are manlets and Romanian girls are notoriously slutty so it should be easy pickings.

That's quite interesting. I landed on my foot wrong jumping from a 6 foot fence some years ago and it still is sort of fucked up to this day, but not in a debilitating way. I'd imagine a fuckhuge screw crushing your foot would be way worse, but then again you got operations done on your foot and I haven't.

Monthly rent in this example's would be 250-350 eur/month. 20 000 eur is for the whole place in Jämsä which has a train station, Lidl, good internet and Iskelmä (Finnish equivalent of country) festivals.
