People should be free to smoke on their own property or in places where there are no people to annoy with it.
It's been banned in all closed public spaces and eating establishments which I think is as much as you can ask for. Would be nice if people paid more mind to you when they smoke nearby on the streets, but it's not worth getting into an anger mindset over.
