If you live together for a certain time frame and have kids, you will be considered a "common-law marriage" which is subbject to many of the same conditions as a regular under-law marriage. Basically, if she wants to divorce you and get alimony, she just needs to be able to make the case that she is your common-law wife. You can't go "nuh-uh didn du nuffin never got married" and have it hold up in court.
Your only actual protection is to sign a pre-nup and wife this woman for real, you fucking nigger.

They still tax you, then take this money after taxes, but the percentages will be something like 16% for one kid, 22% for two kids. Get a better job a year after. She'll have to take you back to court for every increase she wants.
