How do Japanese Ultranationalists see each race. Do they differentiate between other east asian immigrants from whites/blacks/arabs/hispanics etc?

I find a lot of 'nationalists' in European countries are much more focused on race, they are against non-white immigration and would actually happily have other Europeans even yanks and Aussies immigrate to their countries, just not other races. Can the same be said in Japan, do they see the races differently and are more/less accepting of some?

This happened when I was studying in 11th Standard . I used to attend a tuition class for one of my subjects in evening after school. In the tuition class there was a pretty girl we all boys stared . She was well behaved to Teacher who taught us and was showing good respect to her. Prettiness can only create a short impression in me . By seeing her behaviour I assumed that she had a good attitude and started Respecting her . She some what looked like Tamannaah.

At my 11th standard I looked terrible and was not even average. I was good at that subject and teacher will tell me sometimes to help others to complete the problems. There was another guy in our tuition class who had white skin and had a chocolate guy face . She liked him and had crush on him . One day teacher told me to help him in solving problems ,So I was made to sit with him and I was helping him . She was looking at him when she got a time gap . But he was too shy and afraid to look back . But I was focused on task teacher gave me so I was making him workout problems . Then I suddenly heard what she said to her friend “That Ugly Guy is hindering my view and …..”.
