living in south korea must be hard
I got into university to study law just by paying a fee and I can branch out into some bigshot political science school because I have the grades for it

what do you seek in life?

>studies literally 15~18 hrs a day
How is that possible? Post schedule.

Almost like SK education system and entire economy is fucking retarded.

>Spend every waking moment of your life as a child studying for ever increasing workloads and difficulty
>Attempt suicide because of being bullied because it's just accepted culture to pick on people
>Spend entire young adult life studying just to get into college
>Attempt suicide because you failed a single exam because ancient Korea took Chinese dick too hard
>Spend entire college life studying to get a job
>Attempt suicide because all you want to do is play PUBG/LoL/OW and your family hates you for your wants
>Graduate and now 1 of like 5 companies literally own your entire life
>Commit suicide because your entire life is now a drive to produce more wealth for one of those 5 families who own that company
How's that 1950s American Imperialism taste now?

I did it once for two days and it was absolutely brutal, basically took Ritalin every 4 hours

Are you eighteen now? I was literally in the EXACT same situation as you last year, except that a good bit of the intended ten-twelve hours were wasted on Jow Forums or worrying about useless nonsense. You have to find the source of your problems. Do you think you're wasting too much of your sleep time on the internet? Then avoid coming here by all means. Do you study at home only or do you go to cram school? Staying at home all day without having peers can cause problems. You might lose track of your progress. That's why you have to take practice tests regularly. Also learn to lower your expectations a little bit. I think you're the kind of guy who wants to go to the very best of the best colleges. Maybe you should just accept that it won't work out. There's a whole life beyond all this, really.

Just spend less time and be more efficient. There is no way you benefit from actually studying more than 10 hours a day.

Wake up at 7 am, go to the prep,
8-10 : Korean language/(Just think of Reading section in SAT and imagine it became thrice as hard and English literature was combined)
10~12 : Earth Science (Messed up combination of Astronomy, Geology ans Meteorology)
12~13 : lunch
13~15: Physics
15~16 : English
16 ~ 22 : Mathematics
22 ~ 23.5 : Earth Science lectures online
23.5 ~ 25 : Physics lectures online
25 ~ 7 : Sleep and hope I was dead

Wtf, my lectureres said you guys have Grande ecole instead and students study hard to get there

Thanks a lot.

So you go to prep school? How long does it take to travel and when do you come back to your dorm/home?

sounds like hell user. I winged the SAT here in the states and did so well I got a half ride to my state college.

15 minutes / I go home at 1~2am

It's true but it's not uncommon to enter a grande école in your mid twenties after receiving a few diplomas.

I actually considered studying abroad in US or Canada but my GPA was like C- in total and since they don't offer state scholarship to foreigners so I just gave it up

I feel for you OP, I really do. What do you want to do in the future? If you could choose yourself. Do you have any time for exercise?

Maybe you should've just been communist like your northern brothers instead of siding with the more evil ideology.

How doea that have to do with American imperialism ccp shill. That's a Korean mentality problem. Chinese have it too.
Lol. You are so funny sometimes

>spent like 4 hours a day max studying for highschool exams
>woke up at 10:30am during swotvac
>got in the top 9%
epic
*tips fedora*

I dreamed of drawing some Cartoons and writing some novels in my younger days, and I still secretly wish them.

>time for exercise
I ride my bike to the prep school, Does it count as exercise?

You should start lifting weights 2-3 times a week. You'll be the most muscular guy in Korea in no time

>What does Korea being a puppet of America have to do with their lives being owned by a handful of people?
Almost like capitalism is designed as slavery with more steps or something and America sold it to them wholesale

do boys look like this over there?

Same here. I unironically like our educational system. In high school, I mostly chose classes that I liked and for the sat, I Had alot of chances to take it ans I managed in the 3rd time to get a perfect socre.
That's an east asian mentality, We are capitalists and we don't study liek slaves same for Europe. Communist and ex communist asian countries's education system are stressful too.

Not that cute but yes in terms of masculinity

Is SK expensive to live in?
I feel it is a society that corresponds to my authoritarian tendencies.

just accept that you are too low IQ and become a tradesman

How bad did you fuck up? Like absolutely no university will want you?

Becoming tradesman requires a diploma from a decent university here tho

what a shithole, just move to Japan or noth Korea, they will treat you better.

Wtf you don't have trade schools? Also you don't ahve community colleges that accept everyone?

No, I couldn't have got into the top 30% and only universities would accept me were 'specialized schools', which means specialized in producing neet and unemployed graduates.

What kind of stuff does one study for a Korean college entrance exam?

They had their first election in 1987, before that the dictator was a US puppet.

>tradeschool
We have trade high schools instead, and they usually get paid 20~30% less than those with diplomas.

>Community colleges
We have some, but you will be considered worse than nigger(literally) if you graduate them and every companies would cut your CV in half and say you to fuck off and never come back

Just how many subjects do they test for entry there?
My uni entry exams consisted only of maths and chemistry.

Wtf, so what if you pick something that is just a normal trade? Don't you have carpenters? Construction workers? Are they treated like dogs?

>Korean days last 25 hours

God grief, Koreanon. Why you keep putting yourself through such humiliation ? How old are you ? Because if you're in your early 20s i guess you could apply for a scholarship in Japan or some shit.

With that amount of studying time you could easily go thorough a Monbukagakusho test. If not, just freaking write a letter to some American uni telling how bad you have on Korea slaving your dedication away. You could work and safe some money to get the fuck out of this hell.

Reading&Literature, English, Mathematics, 2 Humanities subjects (Ethics and Ideology, Life and Ethics, Sociology, Law and Politics, Economics, World History, Modern Korean history, East Asian history, Korean geology, World Geology) or 2 Science subjects(Physics 1 or 2, Earth Science 1 or 2, Biology 1 or 2, Chemistry 1 or 2), Korean history, and not necessary but third language(Classic Chinese, Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic, German, Russian, French, Vietnamese) exists too.

>Carpenters
They have their own circlejering inner circles.

>Construction workers
I don't want to be disowned by family and society lmao
Also you have to compete with Chinese ans SEAsians.

Wtf it's 3 am here
I have to go to bed now

Good night man

Godspeed

>bigshot political science school

j'espère sérieusement que tu parles pas de sciences po là lmao
