Yesterday I created this map to try and divide Latin America into different cultural spheres. Post suggestions/changes you would make so I can make it more accurate.

In Venezuela it has Caribbean culture along with Colombia and Panama, that's why here they are seen as very vague people who like to swallow, dance salsa and be socialists.
Shit map
Chile has historically been quite isolated, I think. Not sure about the rest
Best America
>le southern cone
idiot
>The southern cone
genius
>USA buy French Loiusiana ( like 1/3 of USA's current area under Napoléon in early 1800's)
>In this map Spain has this
I'm okay with this
>Southern cone culture
here
Oficially was part of Spain but we sold that in 1760 I think, not sure, just like West Sahara now
Try 1/4
You forgot about Alaska
Petit filou.
Well if you wanna walk through history at least put the truth
Mmm as mostly our Pais Vasco friends were in charge let them confirm
>Pais Vasco
2 of them were, I see one Armendáriz and other Jáuregui y Aldecoa
es.wikipedia.org
we share some things with our neightbours but we are pretty much our own thing
>those curve lines
either straight or curve lines that don't follow some natural borders suck balls man. dunno where you took that map from but the creator is shit
no one cares paraguay opinion
Peru vicerroyalty start 1542, rio de laplata viceroyalty start 1776 and amazon unknown territory. who cares about the curves
>no one cares paraguay opinion
o
> Colombia and Panama
> Socialist
Ecuador is socialist friend, even your new president is still socialist
Chile belongs to its own cultural sphere
why aren't you socialists? no meme answers pls
A culombian posted this one yesterday and I kinda agree
Paraguay no existe de todos modos
Genuine answer: For the past 60 years everything that comes from the left is associated with insurgencies, guerrillas, terrorism, violence and corruption. That fact alone has historically prevented the left from gaining support. I don't know what the situation in Panama is regarding this, but i believe the canal and all the benefits they get from free trade is enough of an incentive to prevent the population from shooting itself in the foot by electing socialists
really Guatemala?
thanks man
Y conmigo somos 3 irrelevantes!
Okay. Just don't paint Azuro blue.
and why do colombians
60+ years of leftist guerrillas
Paraguay is a buffer zone
Chile is its own thing
Caribean influence in the Caribbean coasts of Venezuela, Colombia, Panamá, Costa Rica, Honduras and Nicaragua.
Why does FARC even exist anymore? Most of Colombia is urbanized now so their dream of a Maoist peasant revolution is rendered irrelevant.
Their drug-related activities are too profitable.
But they’re not even good at it. FARC only controls like 2.5% of the cocaine trade in Colombia AFAIK.
coke trade is controlled by literally thousands of small scalle merchants. At this point it is virtually impossible to clamp down on it
your ass is a buffer zone
we've got our own culture
2.5% of a billion dollar industry is a lot of money my CHI friend
I guess it is still a lot more money than what they would get as part of civil society with the level of education they have.
does cocaine trade has anything to do with fucking donkeys?
They’re not called drug mules for no reason...
good one
>divide
Unite
Buen post, inb4 butthurt seperatistas.
Shit map
ajajajaja nooo chicano you are not white
