D3 and sunlight to stave off depression
Omega and vit c for I don't know why
Zinc for bigger cum shots on hookers faces

This /end

Vitamin D

Zinc in the morning and 1 hour before first meal
Vitamin D3 + Omega once a day
Magnesium 1 hour before sleep, i would recommend glycinate

What do zinc and magnesium help with

DOYR about the benfits and first of all do a blood test and check the results.

Take all listed in pic related for god mode.

brahs I already have a big cumshot. Will zinc truly make me peter north or is that a meme?

Get some greens supplements. Get one of those combo mushroom powders that has lions mane and all that healthy shit. Get some probiotics for sure.

Saved brother holy shit. So they suggest pinning test and SARMS?

Honestly the most important thing you can do is get a genetic test and see if you have any MTHFR mutations. I know it looks like a abbreviation for mother fucker, but its a series of mutations that make it really difficult to metabolize b12 and folic acid. It actually has wide reaching negative effects and pretty much destroys your metabolism and immune system. Also, it is now believed to be a large cause of autism, and ADHD , so its likely everyone on this board has one of these mutations. Luckily its easily managed by taking VERY specific forms of b12 and L-Methyltetrafolate. This is important because pretty much any supplement or multivitiam is going to have the WRONG version of b12 and folate and will actually be doing great harm.

L-theanine, L-tyrosine, and magnesium are the only ones I've noticed to help me a lot but they also supplement the medication I'm already on.

what the fuck is wrong with americans and their pills

For testosterone you will first need a blood panel to assess the situation, but with bad environmental influences from modern civilization, pinning test cypionate as long term TRT is probably going to be the best solution (otherwise you might first try out stuff like noFap, Ashwagandha, red light therapy or putting some iodine solution onto your balls).

SARMs are not really necessary and are not even listed in that pic (MK677 is not a SARM but a growth hormone thing).

>he isn't microdosing LSD
you're not even trying

Rh negative here. Lots of allergies and very high heart rate/fast metabolism.
Somewhat autist and fit the criteria fior adhd.
What are the odds I have this?

This. Cured my depression.

To further increase cumshot volume you should add copious amounts of Lecithine and maybe some red ginseng, red maca root.

Fuck the old lady is gonna be drowning when I get back from the supplement store.

Chek'd. Interesting man, can you please elaborate? How long did it take, what was your dosage? How is micro dosing different from a full trip? (I've never micro dosed).

Cool man thanks for the reply. Looking into this MK677 it looks great. Gonna have to place an order. I hope it helps with my fucked up shoulder that probably needs surgery.

For your hurt shoulder you should rather check out BPC 157 (like a healing peptide that you pin subcutaneously near the injury site).

Holy fuck you are the man! Thank you!

(Checked!)

im looking into taking reishi and cordyceps mushrooms

also like those cow organ supplements

I started to feel better from the first day, though it was fairly subtle. It's like a tension was released from my body or something. I felt calmer and more present. I wasn't stuck in my head as much. The effects seemed to accumulate over around four weeks, after which I reached a kind of baseline. My mood was much better and I was much more productive and felt like actually doing stuff. Been doing it for nearly four months now and still maintaining those effects.

Note I am meditating and workout consistently as well, which helps. I did these before, but not very consistently. I'm slightly more social as well.

Never took a big dose so idk about that.

10ug doses everyday

Lions Mane Mushroom and Vitamin D3. Everything else you need to be getting through a balanced diet.

zinc + folic acid
lecithin
pygeum
maca
arginine
tons of water
abstain from cumming for 7 days then shoot out a geyser

D3 but take K2 before to prevent something I forgot.

xtc

Take lecithin with zinc for the ultimate load. There was a guide on a combo that would have you overflowing shot glasses but those two do enough

Anyone care to add more details to this? Does this shit come in pill form or powder for starters?

Anti-Aging doesn't work yet, maybe in 20 years.

youtube.com/watch?v=AvWtSUdOWVI

There is a 3 part long article series that elaborates on the whole concept and its components; unfortunately can only link the archived version, because the original website had to be taken down to prevent despicable acts by extremely evil people.

The substances come in various forms, injectables, powders, capsules, liquids. Overall will cost probably 1k per month to really take everything, but it is so absolutely worth it.

Just speaking from experience but isn't lsd microdosing alone considered top tier?

yes
but not everyone can handle psychedelics, even at low doses. some people lean too heavy on delusion in order to grind their day to day. waking up, for them, even slightly, fucking sucks.

-d3 with fat, no fibre
-magnesium (biglycinate), don't take with calcium
-k2 (you're probably not getting enough of this unless you really like fermented foods), take with your vitamin d3

while not vitamins, these are also helpful:
adaptogens: rhodiola, ashwagandha (ksm-66), l-theanine with caffeine
lsd microdosing can be helpful with depression, etc.

aside from these, eat a lot of leafy greens, plenty of veggies in general, fish a few times a week (a tin of sardines in water, even), berries here and there, and you should be good.
don't overthink this stuff like that bulletproof nerd. you don't need to perform optimally TO TEH MAX every fucking day by chasing supplements. just get the stuff you're probably deficient from eating a western diet, get some exercise on top of this, fucking SLEEP 7-8 hours a night on a consistent schedule, and you're good.
if that doesn't "fix" you, go find someone to talk to.

to add to this: if you have issues getting enough greens/veggies/good fats in your diet, here is what worked for me...
smoothes are obvious. just throw shit in there, berries, spinach, get some coconut milk to thicken it. done.
but godmode is dips.
make your own dips.
an avocado, a bunch of garlic (don't skimp), an onion, a tablespoon of turmeric, a teaspoon+ of cayenne, some sea salt, crack some black pepper. fresh lemon juice. then add olive oil. blend. done.
dip carrots, broccoli, whatever the fuck you want. it tastes delicious. nom that while you jerk it online, whatever. it works. your skin will look beautiful, your brain will thank you for all that delicious fat, and your girlfriend will hate you for the onions and garlic but fuck her. if she really loves you, she'll love you anyway.

and finally:
add weird things to your dips. things you usually throw out. the leafy tops of carrots, squash seeds, shit like that. a lot of our deficiencies come from throwing out stuff we consider to be "garbage", except it's not garbage. it's just stupid.
anyway, gl whoever reads this.

fish oil
turmeric with curcumin
a multivitamin
ZMA

can confirm.
tl:dr
stop eating shit and consume fruits / veggies / organic stuff.

Even better if it is homegrown.
You have a garden? Grow some stuff!

all of them

Wow thanks for the info, exactly what I need. Actually an intellectual I can talk to..

I've been trying to eat healthy and been doing lots of bodyweight exercises the past several week. I'm 6'1 and 146 lbs. I lost like 10 pounds out of nowhere. I want to be around 175. I need to learn better dieting, maybe consistent meal prep? But anyways I'm struggling A LOT to gain weight, always have. My rough estimate is that I'm getting like 1500-2k calories a day.

All I take is a multivit or two and a "test booster", I feel good mentally but my diet is clearly terrible.

I like the idea of making dips and smoothies (I've seen "Green smoothies" mentioned) but meals in general are just a pain in the ass for me, I'm too lazy.

Thanks bought 100k

right with you, man. 6'2", struggled to gain weight most of my life because of a shitty diet. good luck with your goals, user. persistence and consistency make it all work. if you're more the snacking type, go for almonds and walnuts as a nom throughout the day. and yeah, smoothies and dips will help you cover all your bases and fill those gaps when you can't be fucked to actually make a meal.
if you're too lazy to make food, i might suggest experimenting with your meals- make them interesting to you. make cooking interesting. learn how to make a badass chili, learn how to soft boil some eggs for snacks throughout the week. learn how to make yourself a fucking wild-ass omelette that has you coming back to the kitchen again and again. some people just throw a piece of chicken on the pan and try to eat that every fucking day, 3-4 times a day. i have no idea how these people do it on the regular.
if your food is interesting to you, you might be less lazy about it.
plus it's always nice to be able to cook something sick for your date/gf/wife/whatever, so best hone those skills early
ps. green powders are gay and overpriced, you don't need to cover every single gap in your nutrition or be like this optimally optimal human being with this amazing diet. you just gotta avoid the fast food garbage like 95% of the time (not gonna kill you if you treat occasionally), eat well and like what you're eating.

oh yeah, and don't forget to include some dynamic stretching with those bodyweight exercises. quadruped rocking (youtube; original strength) is great if your hips are all fucked up from computer time.
seriously, good luck man

damn user, are you me. 6'1, currently 163lbs, trying to work back up to 170.
170 has been optimal for me, but damn if it isn't hard to get there and keep it. I'll lose it all from catching a cold or slacking off from the gym. If you can afford some more expensive groceries, i have some recommendations that have helped me. Orgain - it's a nutrition shake (no soy or anything, if you care about that), and has good carbs, a little fat, and of course, protein. Wouldn't drink it forever, but right now while you're working up to 170 + weight training, have them between meals whenever you feel like you can get them down. Also lots of water. Constantly. After workouts, try a product called Skyr - it's icelandic drinkable-yogurt essentially, does wonders for the gut and is also massive massive natural protein. No fat, no sugar. Low lactose too I believe, for what it is, if that's a factor. Veggies are wonderful, but they're a pain to keep eating all the time. Lots of work chewing. Lots of mental work. Also eat steaks if you can, not every day, but a couple of times a week maybe, and try canned sardines. If you can find the larger sardines, they're great. All in all, trying to keep a diet for this (our) metabolism is a lot of work and time consuming, but I've found once you get up to 170 it gets easier to maintain. Just don't get sick. I think the longer you keep it, say a few months, the harder it will become to lose it. But until then it's an uphill battle. Keep lifting things, maybe other than bodyweight, and do low reps high weight. Maybe hold off on cardio until you get and maintain your desired weight. depends on your age honestly, if you're young you'll be fine without. vitamin d3 is good if you don't live in high latitude.

good luck man, you're not alone.

addition, what this user said. eggs eggs eggs eggs eggs. they're nature's miracle food for people like us

fuck yes, eggs. h5 anonguy
egg protip: if you get yourself some good eggs (the free range stuff can be worth it here, even if it's only occasionally on top of some cheaper Born 3 stuff), those shells are going to be particularly healthy, strong and nutrient-dense. save those shells. google 'how to make eggshell calcium' and follow directions. save eggshell calcium and add some to your smoothies, dips, whatever. frugal and healthy as fuck.

Unless you have histamine issues, then eggs are a trigger

all are dangerous and harmful. basically 10 billion dollar scam

Attached: 200.gif (400x200, 616K)

I take Optimen Nutrition since it has an amino blend included but it says to take 3 pills, fuck that I just take one works fine for me and still gettting 100% daily needs

Attached: download (8).jpg (225x225, 6K)

there's a lot of scammy stuff out there appealing to loose wallets looking for a quick fix, but i wouldn't go as far as to say single vitamin and mineral supplement is dangerous and harmful.

Holy fuck brother you don't need a damn test booster just eat more!! My gf eats that much and she's 115lbs.

Zinc without copper is asking for a copper deficiency

Vitamin A(mphetamine) is all you need, maybe a little vitamin P(ropanalol)

folic acid is shit, you need L-Methyltetrahydrafolate.

drdebe.com/articles/l-5-mthf-new-supplement-that-could-save-your-life

Calcium, magnesium and potassium. All three improve blood vessel and heart health.

Fresh meat and vegetables and fruits. That's all the vitamins a person needs. If you need supplements, you eat a shit diet.

It turns out vitamins are poison.

theatlantic.com/health/archive/2013/07/the-vitamin-myth-why-we-think-we-need-supplements/277947/

And a waste of money.

Why is that? I feel like they do give a warm energy and peace during the day

Placebo effect. Most of the supplement industry relies on it.

Some stuff works. Melatonin works. But a lot of it, especially vitamins, is a made up "need" to sell you overpriced shit.

TYVD

Zolpidem

Also known as Vitamin Z
