Everyone I know who works at some type of crypto trading firm says everyone is in agreement that hype coins like BTC/TRX/Ripple are dead. The future is in coins that have some type of use besides "currency". Soros probably has these types of people advising him, so they aren't going to buy BTC. Soros could start his own BTC copy paste and have 2x the market cap by tomorrow if he wanted to.
