This is the cheap "healthy person" insurance. It assumes that you won't go to the doctor, except for check ups and maybe a flu or something. My insurance emailed me a nice chart, that shows me what I can expect to pay for typical diseases.
If I were more sick, like if I had diabetes or autoimmune disease, I would get a better insurance. I would pay more money per month $500, and my insurance would "start working" at a lower rate, around $1000 or $2000.
