Kek fuck off pajeet with your shill.

I think it’s just you

I'm not all in but I bought a few ETH worth. Also it's not a LINK slayer at all. It will provide accurate location data to smart contracts. If anything, it will be complementary to LINK.

This is another very specific use case for oracles that is completely gobbled up by Chainlink.

The entire page is dedicated to selling tokens. Chainlink had a quiet and mostly private token sale they tried their best to not hype and keep quiet.

Which is the obvious scam?

>The entire page is dedicated to selling tokens.
That's because it's the token sale page you fucking brainlet.

Was going to say this.

Jow Forums is already all in on chainlink, and you have the audacity to try and sell us another very niche oracle token? Pfft who do you think you are???

I will pray in the Holy Chutch to Jesus and my dead father to brake your ribs.
I will light candles everyday and just pray untill I will see excuses from you.
Do not fuck around !

>over 1 million location-verifying beacons already built
>1 million beacons
They have nothing to do against 1 million Big Mac

I have a bag

But is it? XYO will have the data sources for location tracking. Sure, ChainLink can handle feeding that data into smart contracts, but if XYO actually owns the data sources they could carve out a niche.

Congrats on not knowing what oracles are.

>ICO
yet another (worthless) token

>all in on an ico
kys

XYO is hoping to have location beacons that will be the data sources for location tracking. If that's proprietary infrastucture for the XYO network then they will have a monopoly on location tracking. If the location APIs are public then the project will get subsumed into the ChainLink network, right?

This looks like another exit scam.

Data sources will feed data to Chainlink.
If XYO is set to become a data source, then it is not going to be a "Chainlink killer".

If XYO wants to attach its own oracles to its data, then that's the part that is going to get eaten up by Chainlink.

48m USD hardcap.

OP suggesting it was a Link killer is retarded and I pointed that out at the top of the thread. There's still the possibility that they do location so well that it becomes their niche. ChainLink is an amazingly versatile solution but that's not to say it will take 100% control of every aspect of smart contract data delivery. You could easily have a smart contract that is fed trustless location data by XYO while everything else comes through ChainLink.

Well sure, anyone can create oracles and "compete" with something like Chainlink.
Thing is, if the data source is "open", Chainlink nodes will be able to access the data regardless.

I'm not too sure what XYO is about specifically regarding the "beacons", but if they aren't proprietary then chances are CL nodes will have access to the same data.
