Weren't you around during the bancor and status icos? The whole network went into the toilet. Yeah, Neo had some problems too during some busy icos but keeping it centralized until they iron out the flaws seems like a sound approach.

So I got into the lotto, brainletting a bit, so there is 25k people in the lotto, is there actually going to be 2 rounds?
I mean, 25k people $1000 first round = 25mil, that's what they are going for total cap for the ico, so the 2nd round is up to 9k, per person, thats based on the fact that some people dont enter.

There's so few NEO tokens and nobody gives a fuck about decentralized exchanges yet (except for buying fresh ICOs off IDEX)

Around 85% of the people will pay the maximum of the 1k cap from the first round, some retards will either fuck it up and not do it properly or just not even realise they are in the fucking ico. The 2nd round will sell out almost instantly maybe minutes after it goes live - this looks to be one of the cleanest icos i've taken part in regarding token distribution

This is how 2nd round will be done, confirmed by one member of the team on plebbit:

Ex. Say there's $4.5m left after round 1, 500 people will be selected and be allowed to contribute up to $9000. Random draw again.
There will obviously be tokens left unsold as not everyone will want to or even be able to contribute the full $9k. Those tokens will remain unsold and be kept by NEX.
