that's not entirely true. they do have outlets where more "liberal" reporters can publish, but of course there have been a fair share of political assassinations of reporters so the over all look is pretty bleek

Dark color: Journalists can possibly write dangerous articles which requires lots of cencorship.
Light color: Less coercion is needed, journalists can be kept running around free because they are doing their own monitoring.
