Cool, are you going to take the boat? Cruising the mediterranean is a dream of mine
i wanted to but they dont do ferries from malta to north africa, and im flying to malta from belgrade so not much opportunity to do that
Why is everyone suddenly a world traveller in these threads.
you never left southern sweden?
damn, your childhood must've been depressing
I never had a reason to.
i barely post except in these kinds of threads
because the people that are not world travellers tend to stay away from these threads
Why you want to visit Syria?
>wanting to visit that weird part of virginia
why?
A lot of history there. Hopefully in the future the region will be more stable and safe
Former Swedish colony. I want to see if there's anything left
you're a 1 hour flight away from the most historically important cities in the world which have the best museums and cheap beer as well
AAAAAAAAAAAAAA
lmao fucking this
its such a bitch to have to fly at least 6 hours to somewhere i want to go
I'm a poorfag
this.
Syria used to be very safe right before ISIS invasion. At least in Russia we had lot of travel companies who got tours to Syria. Now its doomed for few years, or maybe its shithole for decades, like Afghanistan or Iraq. I think Iran is still pretty safe, and maybe its good time to visit it now. You never know what will be there next day.
why am i in red?
Probably because I'm a Celtboo
>30
>own a house
>engaged
>will probably only get to see either Canada or the rest of Europe before having kids
feels bad, if I went to Europe it would probably only be the north or south instead of both
i'm in the north east of england
York has viking history
Don't really want to visit anything, its boring.
I painted US and Japan in red, just because those are probably should be visited at some point to have own opinion about those places, since they are mostly iconic for tourists.
>its boring
wtf
Don't you feel the urge to explore the world? I feel anxious about being stuck here in Sweden, I want to go out and see things
Only thing stopping me is money atm
screwed up sakhalin. sorry russians
>inb4 it's rightfully japanese
maybe stop going to boring places
There are a few meme countries on here, but I genuinely always wanted to visit Syria with my dad (it's where he was from). Of course, it was never really possible seeing as how there's a genocidal tyrant in charge.
I've visited few pretty funny places - Angkor Vat, Himalayas, Amsterdam, Transnistria, I even was on Indian Kumbh Mela festival. So I don't see anything exciting in unusual things and places. In fact, everything the same. The differences are only visual.
I forgot to paint Turkey in blue also
Any reason why you were in Tanzania?
Can't post because file is apparently embeded.
Been around all of New Jersey and Portugal and Galicia, been to NYC and staten island (very close to me), been to Pennsylvania for camping, been to Florida. Would like to visit Iceland, all of scandinavia, all of Ireland and Scotland, Texas, Washington State, Washington DC, Northern Italy, all of Germany and Poland, and Sydney Australia.
>not driving and seeing things on the way
>genocidal tyrant in charge
I don't know how tyrant did affect you. In Russia we could easily travel to Syria before war. There were plenty of companies which are orginized tours there
>Syria used to be very safe right before ISIS invasion.
some of my family is Anglo East African and they bought a resort there for a bit so it was a good place to visit them
I hope this is a joke.
>Being american

>Tourism revenue was given as 30.8 billion Syrian pounds ($8.4 billion) in 2010, 14 percent of the country's economy.
same, id paint it red if americans werent carpet bombing it on the regular
You're a moron if you think the safety of the entire country can be gauged by tourism output. Then again you're russian, so I guess it was a given.
Don't go to Portugal expecting them to speak Spanish. I've met some chicanos and guatemalans who literally thought that Brazil speaks Spanish and that Portuguese is like a dialect.
i think there isnt much more to see in the world
i used to speak portunhol with some brazilians at work with no problems, but ive heard european portuguese is too different for it to work
but thats not my reason for wanting to go
No I know just giving a heads up.
And yeah Portuguese from Portugal is VERY different from Brazilian Portuguese, in pronunciation and grammar
mfw went full autism
good taste
>I've never been outside south america
Scandinavians are racist as fuck m8 be ready for that. I hope you're blonde
>Finland-level homicide rate
It's ok I'm not brown and I probably won't stay there more than 3 weeks
My uncle looks super white but his slightly darker skin and brunette hair made him a target
>made him a target
wtf, what happened to him?
Got discriminated against a lot and treated like shit.
I'm not planning to visit any small irrelevant countries
and all big & relevant countries I already seen
I don't believe that
I'm just going off what he told me. I myself would still love to visit regardless. I wasn't there with him so I can't say for sure.
But I think it was the older generation he was referring to. He didn't really stick to just the big cities.
I think you're uncle is paranoid desu. Or he acted in some way that warranted dislike
tbilisi?
I so want to hit up georgia
The guy has tattoos. That's all I can think of.
He can hold a good conversation and is polite and nice.
>He can hold a good conversation
hm, that might be the problem. Swedes are quiet and don't talk to strangers
Not everyone is retarded.
rate
>Venezuela
>Brazil
>India
you gon get raped
>Sweden
You already got raped
Can't you read ? I've already been there. Stop projecting your fantasies on me.
Did you like being here and in South America in general?
idk I imagine that if you're white you're going to get stabbed/mugged the second you step of the plane
You won't.
I'm French and I actually lived in Venezuela and Brazil as an expat. I loved South America, I want to go back there bad. Argentina was one of my favorite travels, Buenos Aires looked like a European City and Patagonis was absolutely amazing, I would recommend it to anyone. I want to go back there with a gf and travel around in a truck.
well I'm glad you liked it
I know a guy who got beat up and hospitalized while waiting for the bus in Sweden but he was full brown
idk about going to Argentina though
I haven't even left western Canada but probably travelled more than most people in this thread. It feels good to not be a countrylet.
could you pls never come to my country? just stay out, thnks
Maybe I'll get to them all in a lifetime
If you want to visit Canada, I'd recommend Prince Edward Island, Halifax, Quebec City, a day in the Kawarthas/Muskoka, Calgary for the annual Stampede, Victoria and Yellowknife if you're into wilderness nature. If you have the time, the train ride through the rockies is also grand
Thanks, leafbro, but I ain't going nowhere.
I am considering visiting Japan and some eastern european countries.
