as someone from the midwest USA I have no clue what's in the water in both of your countries

0-40C is shorts weather. 0 to -15 is mildly uncomfortable pants weather (exacerbated by wind and black ice), and anything below that is intolerable.

To be fair, theyre running a marathon and probably arent conditioned for that temperature. I couldnt run a marathon, but that temperature seens perfect to me and I bet whatever theyre used to would be cold for me
