I'll start
Iceland
It's almost always Icelandic, English and Polish. Political parties publish their manifestos in these languages as well and you can select English and Polish versions of most government websites along with the native Icelandic.

Poles are as big a part of the Icelandic population as all other immigrants combined, like 4% of the population lmao. Poland was funnily enough our first international trading partner after we got home rule, we had the first trading agreement with them. That's why Prince Polo is the national candy, it was literally the only candy for some years.
