Right-wing people tend to like him and there are a lot more right-wing people in Britain than there are here. On the other hand, I suppose there is quite a number of commies there as well these days.
>They're planning protests already
I'm sure we would have marches being organised as well, no? Or in the event that we did, would we just blame them on the Dubs, Fiery Ruth, Baldy Paul and Shouty Lou?

>Don't know why this is getting so much coverage?
It happened in England, therefore it must be more important.
English tabloids wrote the story up, all the "Irish" papers had to do was copypaste.
Drums up attention for the football industry, revives stereotypes the media class enjoy.
Take your pick.

Nothing, technically. Perhaps rephrasing to something like "sowing the seeds of division" would've been better.
>I'd prefer if we just ignored his presence
Do you think he will actually come at some stage? I'd have initially thought he wouldn't, but he did seem quite eager on St. Patrick's Day.

When will the National Party be adopting that policy?

In what way do you think they're politically different? I see a lot of pro-trump, anti-immigrant stuff posted here that's similar to Jow Forums sentiment. /éire/ strongly leans No on the referendum as well.
Maybe it was different in the past but they seem similar now.

Yeah, I think so.

>And would be joined by the other 99.997% of the population no doubt.
Highly doubtful. I think most sensible people would realise how silly such a protest would be.

That picture of Pearse is terribly framed.

>I think most sensible people would realise how silly such a protest would be
Unfortunately for you most people aren't sensible.

>"I sure hope you aren't thinking of voting Yes mortal. Don't make me get the Irish Republican Afterlife Army after you."

>In what way do you think they're politically different?
It's not so much that they're different, but it's moreso that I'd consider /éire/pol/'s political views to be more radical and engaged variants of what you'd find here.

However, when I made that previous post referring to the differences between the two generals, I wasn't so much thinking about political views. I was thinking moreso of /éire/'s atmosphere, posting habits, and of course the anime. All very different to what one sees in /éire/pol/.

>Unfortunately for you most people aren't sensible.
It's a real shame alright.

The era of Jow Forums as a place for generals is long dead, if it was ever the case. It's huge and full of retards compared to boards more suited for generals.

As a dead man I am very much against abortion. This place is spooky enough without a bunch of babies floating around.

You really need to decide on what sort of political caricature you wish to paint me as.

>Would you be indifferent or would you like to see it for the purposes of diplomacy and such or just for the memes?
I'd prefer him not to come here to be honest. But if he does, so be it.

Voting in a poll =/= Travelling to Dublin to protest.

Would certainly stir up the metaphorical hornets' nest of lefties, I suppose.
>Voting in a poll =/= Travelling to Dublin to protest
Of course. Raises questions as to whether the government should be inviting such people though if so many are opposed, regardless of whether they physically demonstrate such opposition.
Suppose the laissez-faire response to that would be, "well if you don't like it don't vote for them".
>image

The part of Fianna Fáil that wants to reinstate Prussia. The party was planning on purchasing Staliningrad from Russia in the late 90's after Germany rejected their offer but Bertie spent the budget on a human experimentation facility to breed a race of Dublin super-footballers.

>I'd prefer him not to come here to be honest
Why not? Don't want to put up with lefty protests all over the news for the weeks beforehand and during?

>Voting in a poll =/= Travelling to Dublin to protest
If Trump did visit though I can see a lot of protests from students especially. I pity the residents of the area in Clare that will have to suffer through their narrow country roads being occupied by hordes of buses.

Attached: 71fb95f03014539376fd8799592037.png (1012x1500, 1.01M)

A bad idea IMO.
It's grand to have their own circles, and Ireland is "ready" in terms of consciousness to have out of touch young person right-wing consciousness develop (it's where I was a few years ago), but Jow Forums as a site is too American and most importantly, out of date, for there to be any benefit to organising here.
May Allah forgive me for uttering this word, but a subreddit or the like would probably be a better idea if they wanted a home base.

>I pity the residents of the area in Clare

To give Stalingrad to Germany? Germany wouldn't even take Königsberg back when it was offered to them.

Exactly. But also because Trump and Leo in the same room is a recipe for some seriously cringeworthy shit. And then there's the prospect of Trump meeting Michael D.

Neither. It's just that the government is not required to heed every poll that's conducted in the country.

No no to take it for themselves and establish a Neo-Prussian Fianna Fáil run imperial state. It would be like that Lotto ad except colder and with more autism and militarism.

For free? Just the city? I know of the time Russia tried selling the entire exclave that I alluded to in my post but nothing apart from that.
