>What meals did you have senpai?
Most of the plates had exotic things that i don't remember the names, but what i remember:

1 - The first plate was in house made bread, butter and the most amazing olive oil (made with Galician olives from the restaurant own farm, the restaurant was a modern country estate that produced their own wines and some ingredientes)

2 - There was a plate with a meat, i think it was lamb, with truffles on top with pureed leek and some sauces

3 A plate with octopus with some sauces, displayed like art on the plate

4 - Shrimps mixed with mushrooms and an amazing mushroom sauce

5 - A God's made toast with tuna's loin on top

6 - Salmon very soft and tasty with an amazing sauce

7- Some desert that looked like art, and had some purple vegetable on top that was transformes in gelatin and with pines in it

8 - Second desert was a coffee cake with caramel, chocolate and ice cream

All the plates where artistically displayed. The kitchen was completely open and you could see that there was the same amount of cooks there has there was clientes on the restaurant

I don't wanna kms just yet. I believe there's hope for me still. Also I don't wanna go back to the netherlands for a while because reasons.
