I believe this could be a result of several african countries entering "Late transition stage", where the population growth decelerates because of a beggining of a decline in birthrates. Also thanks for not asuming i like to rub diversity in people faces, i am aware of the social problem that can derive from diversity.

Only marginally, 5+ total fertility rate is still extremely common in african countries, meanwhile it probably is less than 1.5 if you take europe as a whole. The situation can turn really bad really quick.

You are right that the birth rate is really high. However the death rate is also quite high. The population growth rate(which takes into account both the birth rate and the death rate) last year was 2,52%.

I can't find a source about growth rates of minorities already living in Europe, so you could be perfectly right.
But I would expect(this is my personal opinion, i could be wrong) that while the firsts and second generations of the minorities probably will have a similar amount of children as in their original country, as the newer generation will probably had spent their life in the host country, they will have a similar amount of children as the locals, since the social standard probably has more impact if they have lived all their life there.
