By undermining the credibility of the press simply because they run unflattering articles on his behavior. He acts like a moron, does reprehensible things, gets called out on it, or it simply gets reported, and he calls it fake. His attacks on the NYT for example, an institution that has won more Pulitzers than any press in the world, he repeatedly attacks their credibility and character.
He's politicized law enforcement by claiming there's a witch hunt run by the deep state. He claims everyone is out to get him. He arbitrarily claims laws are being broken in this supposed witch hunt. He's simply a narcissistic pathological liar man child that has gotten away with everything his whole life, and now that he's in the spotlight, his feet are being held the fire and he doesn't like that.
