Any PROOFS that vikings used horned helmets?
Any PROOFS that vikings used horned helmets?

Skyrim
misinterpreted helmets from the Nordic Bronze Age, combined with Early Modern romanticism
fascinating tome period, actually
american propaganda, just like vikings weren't swedes or norwegians
Those are from Denmark
>Denmark
>not sufficiently Nordic/Germanic
Must be teleturgic helmets. Can't be practical for battle.
Danes are Huns
>The Vekso helmets (or Vikso helmets) are a pair of bronze age ceremonial horned helmets found near Vekso in Zealand, Denmark.
>Bronze Age
>Huns

The only proof of horned helmets are the "viksohjelmene" from Denmark, from around 1000 years before christ. It is believed that these helmets were used sermonial, and obviously not for practical use like battle or anything like that. Someone already posted pic here: About Vikings, it is generally believed that iron helmets were mostly used by the rich, while the common viking warrior would not use an iron helmet. Whether they had other headgear protection made of leather or other material is not known. But it is believed that iron helmets were not as common as the image we have of Vikings from the pop culture, due to the fact that we only have found one iron helmet from the viking period, and a few fragments of what is believed to be helmets.
>not coca cola classic
It's cooler than the reality.
Fus roh da :-DDDDDDDD
It's ugly with helmets, nobody uses it even when playing Skyrim because it's so unaesthetic
Speak for yourself, pleb.
Horns on the helmets look ridiculous to my eyes, but that's just me.
MEDS wore horned helmets, like true KARA BOGA
>this scares away the n*rdoid
BASED
We drink out of horns though
Italy literally means LAND OF THE BULLS
>land of cornos
It's Wagners fault
any proof that they didn't? checkmate atheists
Sea peoples did, vikings did not
I am pretty sure there are no proofs of any people wearing horns on helmets other than in ceremonial usage. Nobody goes to war with horns on their helmets, they would be killed in action quite easily if they did.
you're a h*n too
Nah, still in the white area
>huns
>empire
What??
When you understand even the basics of things like warfare, tactics, combat, metalworking, etc. Any excessive fantasy shit like this just looks disgustingly retarded. Truly, nuance brought about by practical reality provides more beauty than any random clumping of elements devoid of use.
The huns you are talking about were their Ostrogoths allies
weak n*rd
actually driking out of horns was very rare shit. usually horns used to blow and not to drink from.
Vikings used simple mugs.
Who made this map?
These Glass (pretzels?) were also used and found in Vendel Period boat graves.
hahaha.. nope. this.. also random note. leather and horns were very rare in original viking areas. but they had many iron. there are reports that vikings even used to sking fishes to make leather. later they imported pigs and then it came time when they established trade routes with Novgorod and Germans.
Any PROOFS that Gauls used winged helmets?
dude. its kings shit.
..its like telling that everyone used gold iphone in 2007 by diging out the Paris Hilton vagina.
>Glass workshop from year 480
what are you trying to prove?
