There is no free press in Putin's Russia, you know, only some pleb oriented Moscow quasi-liberal "opposition" like Echo of Moscow radio station or Navalny and his yt channel (opportunist and suspicious types in their masses) who only criticizes Putin and his associates, the "big figures". But in regions there's about no one to say the truth about their local mayor, governor, factory owner etc and their shadow business. So after they finish with their percentage they pass taxes to Moscow, there "elites" plunder the rest of it. A tiny percentage that's left after those operations actually goes for the benefit of taxpayers. I'd much rather agree to live in Netherlands where everyone knows each over.
