Blockchain was created not only for currency and uniting the digital world with the physical world. It was invented to help us evolve from our current sub-human state of a Type 0 civilization (wars, famine, still cannot solve the simplest global problems).
This will be everything. With the energy of our star completely harnessed, our planet becomes a beacon in the sky, calling out to all who can hear: "We are coming to join you. We passed the test, and we are ready to face the tests of the universe."
I know it sounds dramatic, but how else would we do it? keep sending hunks of metal out into space, praying someone finds it? Blockchain tech is the next step in human evolution, upon which we construct a global grid of nodes that monetize energy and data, to decentralize control and eliminate the need for conflict through consensus. The internet was a test, and blockchain will be the real-world implimentation. Thoughts?
I honestly think other forms of life know we're here. Wouldn't be surprised if the aliens working hand in hand with the government meme is true.
The US trading secrets with a specific type of aliens for the sake of technological advancement? They wouldn't tell the public or other countries. what for? they'd keep it secret, it's an advantage over the other countries.
I think this has been going on for decades already, but meh what can you even do about it?
