How old are you? Honestly.
Don't you know that Kim studied in Switzerland and was described by his classmates as an "awkward kid who liked basketball"?
He's no nutjob. He wasn't responsible for all those times North Korea went back on denuclearization deals, because that was under his father's rule. As soon as he inherited the country in 2011, he only pursued his father's policies in an attempt to get a deal that would secure his position and ensure the safety of his people, and now that it's done, he has no reason to take the tough guy act any further and can open up to the world. He's an enlightened despot in every practical sense, and that's I've always been saying.
He's acting nice because he was about to have a nervous breakdown and/or be assassinated by his own people.
North Korea is worse off than it has ever been. Revolution is becoming a real possibility.
Kim has killed too many people and made too many enemies. Every waking moment he worries about who might betray him.
His health is terrible. He's a chainsmoker and doped up on a half-dozen pills. He has severe gout.
It got to be too much for him. Just a few years ago before he became the Supreme Leader he was just Kim Jong-il's fat retarded son who liked to hang out with Dennis Rodman. It was fun to boss everyone around for a few years, but now the stress has gotten to him. He has cracked.
fix your education system, burgermutt
Explain his change of heart for all of us then, oh grand leaf of knowledge
He's a big guy.
it's called 'politics', my uneducated friend of various diverse backgrounds
This you retard
The tough guy "act" resulted in him ordering the murder of his own half-brother among multitudes of other people surrounding him, including other members of his family.
A nothing of a response. You've proven you have no actual comeback that can refute any of the statements I made.
>awkward kid who had a hobby forced to follow his father's footstep
Isn't that pretty much like Assad?
Pretty much
>He was described as a "geeky I.T. guy" during his time in London.[39] Bashar had few political aspirations,[40] and his father had been grooming Bashar's older brother Bassel as the future president.[41] However, Bassel died in a car accident in 1994 and Bashar was recalled to the Syrian Army shortly thereafter.
When has he acted insanely?
Note that in both these cases their reluctance is only assumed. They have every right to step down but Assad will kill million of people before that happens so I don't think that assumption flies no more.

your 'explanation' pretends as if north korea shares the same 'democratic' system that america has. kim is acting in unison with what his party members have planned out. he's not in any sort of danger of being coup'd. there won't be a revolution there. there was a period of time when he was in that sort of situation while his uncle, jang, was alive but then jang was executed. if kim proved himself to be incompetent then he'd probably be gone by now. instead, north korea now has well-tested nukes and ICBM's and the upper hand in foreign relations
his poor health is the result of his diet, not some undue stress. the shit about him being nervous about assassination is sensationalist tabloid bs. 'telegraph.co.uk' is a sensationalist tabloid site. what's your point about dennis rodman. kim jong nam died after kim jong un became nk's leader
>your 'explanation' pretends as if north korea shares the same 'democratic' system that america has
It alludes to nothing of the sort one way or another. You're reading something you've cooked up inside your own head I have no idea about.
>he's not in any sort of danger of being coup'd.
Life is dire in NK. Anything could happen right now, including an uprising. "not in any sort of danger" is balderdash. And anyone who has indirectly murdered as many people as he has must always be on the look out for revenge killers, no matter any political motivations.
> if kim proved himself to be incompetent then he'd probably be gone by now
He'd be dead. Or rather he will be dead if he keeps up with the course he had been on the last five years. This abrupt change shows that the fear of God has been put in him, by some person or some force, or some unfortunate turn of health wherein he knows he will be put in vulnerable situations.
>north korea now has well-tested nukes and ICBM's and the upper hand in foreign relations
They have fired some nukes underground. I guess that's something. There is a good chance they were stolen ex-Russian nukes adapted for their tests, not scratch built. Their ICBM tests were laughable.
>what's your point about dennis rodman.
The point is he is a man-child who worships and takes life advice from ex-NBA drag queens.
Oh hello Muhammad. Back from fighting with ISIS already? Shame how it turned out. Better luck next time.
>Ghhhhzzzz... *horrible gurgling noises* Gaaaassssss is goooooood...
>It alludes to nothing of the sort one way or another. You're reading something you've cooked up inside your own head I have no idea about.
it's what you implied when you said that kim is having a nervous breakdown because he's scared of being betrayed or a revolution. if kim proved to be incompetent then it might've been a slight possibility but he's still around and now that he's gotten used to his position, he's secured what he has
>Anything could happen right now, including an uprising
neither nk citizens or nk party members are discontent with his current leadership. nk isn't a classical dictatorship either, kim can't be replaced. the way that nk's system is set up makes it virtually airtight against any sort of scheming
>Or rather he will be dead if he keeps up with the course he had been on the last five years
he's built his weapons arsenal. he has no need to stay on that same course. he's now at a diplomatic stage where he can cross nk's borders safely without fear
>They have fired some nukes underground. I guess that's something. There is a good chance they were stolen ex-Russian nukes adapted for their tests, not scratch built
they built their nukes domestically. nuclear superpowers aren't willing to share nuclear weapons technology and it would be impossible to steal nukes from russia
>Their ICBM tests were laughable
their ICBM's are quite advanced

If you were a little older you would know it's not even the first time N korea plays the good guy game when they think it suits their purpose.
Hint for underages: N korean tv hasn't aired anything about the meeting, not even the friendship show they put at the winter olympics.
His minions are in South Korea.
Peace for out time lads
He got his nukes and south korea elected a socialist who is friendly towards north korea. Why wouldn't he be happy?
