Is Japan overrated? If you have been there, what were the bad sides of it?

They live like insects

Sure in big cities, its the same around the world, but I want specific details

No trashcans, it's neat country though. The vending machines are convenient. It's not the greatest thing ever as some weebs might think but it's a nice country.

i want to find ai in tokyo

hyper urbanization

It's expected that you work yourself to death in Japan. Which is why escapism is so rampant with vidya, anime and manga.

In what way? any source?
Is it better than Finland?
Why not in Korea?

Never stayed longer than 2 weeks and for that time it's pretty fucking great.

What did you really like there in comparison with Germany?

no values for elders, the only beggars ive seen in Japan were old people, kinda sad.
hypocritical people who will never tell you there true mind
superficial women highly insecure
tyranic managers who cant hold bantz

My friend, who is a real genius IT engineer, launched his AI venture business and he has really serious hemorrhoid. Would you introduce him to you?

because you feel more isolated and alone in somewhere unfamilar
love gets more doramatic

You're japanese? Love is everywhere user
Wew

It's clean. Vending machines everywhere. Convenience store with good food. Food is generally not too expensive. (you can't get any good snacks in Germany, it's all sausages or döner or burger fast food)
Fair ticket prices in regards to public transportation. Punctuality. Shops are open 7 days a week. Good customer service.
There's probably more but these are the things I think of on top of my head.

Sounds really confy, were people nice despite you being a foreigner?

Yeah, unless you act like a retard with no regards for their social rules (and I guess even then) you'll be treated well. It also helps that I know some Japanese.

Is this true tho?

cool as a tourist/consumer
shit as a citizen

Their schoolgirls wear really short skirts so it is easy to see up them.

Care to elaborate?

yes, they arent that bad tho, but its hard to connect with them, also as a gaijin they will always act freindly just for the fame to have a foreigner friend

This exists everywhere, its not a japanese thing you know

>no values for elders, the only beggars ive seen in Japan were old people, kinda sad.
Well, if you're left behind by society in Japan you really are left behind. It's a sad life for those people.
>hypocritical people who will never tell you there true mind
culture
>superficial women highly insecure
will find those everwhere in the world
>tyranic managers who cant hold bantz
no experience in this field so dunno

yes, a nation full of mentally unhealthy subhumans and people who can't be classified as human
that is the Japanese in a nutshell

Wait they dont have pensions and free healthcare? Its like in the US?

Depends, if you know japanese then it is. Unlike in finland most people don't speak any english at all. It's less expensive than finland and there are more services available due to much higher population. From what i've heard the working culture there sucks ass though.
> the only beggars ive seen in Japan were old people, kinda sad.
I saw this too
>hypocritical people who will never tell you there true mind
The politeness is a thinly veiled mask and you can see clearly that they are not being sincere, that doesn't mean they still won't treat you well though. It just means they are not any more (or less) helpful than the people here. You won't get shafted (ripped off/scammed) which is something you can't say for most countries (third world countries and some first world countries too)

There are of course programs for homeless people but it's difficult for these people because of the japanese culture (shame). But I don't really know all the detail, you'd have to educate yourself by googling stuff.

I understand why they dont show their true colors, it can bring a lot of tensions by not doing so

Thanks user

Yeah and as a tourist you don't need to worry about that stuff anyhow, it will always be a customer/provider kind of deal when you interact with them.

That's the fastest way to be invited to a bolice box.
